Morgana serves as Director of Legal Operations at Soloway, bringing decades of experience in legal operations and as a business, transactional, and litigation paralegal.
As Director of Legal Operations, Morgana works with senior management to ensure superior service delivery and continuous improvement throughout the firm. She is responsible for directing daily operations, account management, and administrative support services.
Over the years, Morgana honed her legal expertise alongside Mr. Soloway at Soloway and several large law firms, delivering invaluable support to clients across a range of industries. Morgana consistently delivers forward-thinking solutions to business challenges in support of our clients.
Prior to Soloway, Morgana was a paralegal and led legal operations for several law firms and in-house legal departments. She is also an experienced entrepreneur, having run her own businesses.
Morgana is passionate about helping entrepreneurs to achieve their visions while contributing positively to society. In addition to her professional interests, she is committed to animal welfare, fostering and rescuing countless animals over the years.
