Colin Breeze brings a depth of experience and innovation to the practice. His professional experience derives from representing startups to public companies in capital formation and corporate transactions. He has a pragmatist’s approach to complex problems, and leverages operational experience gained from in-house opportunities in tech startups and alternative investment fund sponsors. Colin
Colin’s experience comes through boutique and major firm affiliations.
He began his career at Cadwalader in New York City, where he was an early member of the firm’s emerging venture capital practice. He then moved to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, before leaving to a bi-coastal boutique. Along the way, Colin has held management roles with private equity funds, real estate investment firms, digital asset innovators, and clean-tech startups.
Colin obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Law School at the University of Chicago and graduated cum laude from Middlebury College. He is admitted to practice in New York and California.
Colin serves on the board of the Holy Virgin Cathedral Endowment Fund in San Francisco, and is a Knight of the Order of Saint James. He is often sought for his contributions to conferences on financial innovation. He speaks Russian and German fluently.
